How do commissions work?
Commissions begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and requirements. After agreeing on concept, size, and budget, a 50% deposit is required to begin work. The final payment is due upon completion, before shipping or delivery.
Can I visit the studio?
Absolutely! Studio visits are available by appointment. This gives you the opportunity to see artwork in person and meet the artist. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and mobile money payments. For international clients, we also accept WorldRemit transfers.
Do you offer certificates of authenticity?
Yes, all original artworks come with a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming the piece as an original Nias Nyalada creation.
