Return & Refund Policy

All original paintings and commissioned artworks are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.

If your artwork arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos that show the damage to both the artwork and its packaging. After we review the case, we may offer a repair (when feasible), a replacement for eligible prints, or a partial/full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

If you receive an artwork different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

We will work directly with the courier to trace any lost shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or provide a replacement for print orders.

When returns are applicable, items must be in their original condition and packed in the original protective tube/packaging or equivalent secure packaging.

Custom commissions are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless damage occurred during delivery.

For in-person pickups, please inspect the artwork at the studio before leaving. Once collected, the sale is considered final.
